It's smooth, nice design, and it good amount of restaurants, but what I love about this app the most is the offers and the promos, to be honest, I would order without them 😂 hope this keeps going, I stopped using other apps because of the offers 😂.

3. After I've added my credit card information it has become the default payment option for every order and there's no option to change that or remove my card from the app.The prices, promo codes/offers, and overall food options are great.

4. As of now I've been waiting for my order for more than 1 hour, with the delivery time changing again and again.Some of the things you choose in the order will often be missing when you receive your order and Careem provides no options to deal with it.

I placed an order and it showed 30 mins and after 15 mins I check again it showed 10 mins and again 1 minute and that 1 min it takes forever?!?!? after waiting for more than 1 hour it showing my order was cancelled and without any notification.

9. Whenever I go to write a note on my order it will force Caps Lock on for some reason and I have to press shift on every button press to write a proper note.

1. Fix Careem NOW Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Careem NOW: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Careem NOW App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Careem NOW" » Open Careem NOW: Order food & more » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Careem NOW » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Careem NOW: Order food & more app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Careem NOW servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Careem NOW: Order food & more" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Careem NOW app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Careem NOW might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Careem NOW. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Careem NOW then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Careem NOW not working

2. Fix Careem NOW Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Careem NOW be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Careem NOW not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Careem NOW may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
