Samsung Music Customer Insights

1. Is there a way to fix this because 1500 songs are a lot to only hear the same songs play over and over.It will skip songs while it's in my pocket, I can't choose the order my songs play in, it'll play all of my songs when I just want to play from a playlist, I can't ascend/descend by artist, the same songs play on shuffle (1500 songs), and you can only choose to repeat the song or play in alphabetical order.

2. The music player that came with my LG phone doesn't show the albums in order and quits when it plays a few songs on shuffle.

3. When I attempt to play an album, it plays the first song, then abandons the album that I want to listen to, then plays some random sound on my phone.

4. The only problem I have is I have 2,014 songs, and when I play my favorites on shuffle, it plays the same song over at times.

5. The thing I'm having trouble with is when I try to play a playlist, it only plays one song over and over even though I've changed the setting to play all tracks.

6. But one thing that knocked it down a star from 5 (which in my eyes means perfect), is that it doesn't exactly handle the song artwork metadata correctly, 97% of songs having the same album art.

7. Can we please get an option to turn those other tabs off? Update: As of the most recent app update, it no longer plays wma files.Great functioning music player, phenomenal sound quality, and very easy to use.

8. The app adds random songs even though the settings are to play one song and stop.

9. I have over 1500 songs on my device, and every time I leave the app, my playlist starts over, not necessarily on the same song, but definitely on a song I have already heard minutes ago.

10. But it won't play consecutive songs in albums or playlists at all.

11. However, this player is unable to display album art cover on other music formats, like AAC.
