1. It might be me but even though it is a good music app it keeps playing songs that I didn't type in or see on the songs that were on the screen it's just confusing some it's still a good app if you like all different kinds of music and different age groups too.

2. 🤦 ♀️It's a good app but I can't figure out how to keep the songs playing that I searched for the list will show but then it goes to other songs that I didn't search and it's not the same bands.

3. However, when you have hundreds and hundreds of songs in your Favorites list or other Playlists it becomes tedious searching for the 1 song you just HAVE to listen to right then and there.

4. Downside is that I can't sort playlists so it's hard to find sometimes, the player will close randomly when I'm using Bluetooth for some reason, and there isn't any way to play music offline or with the screen off.

5. I figured you guys would have fixed the problem by now!The app has been awesome but sometime it closes automatically whenever I try to open it to play music.

6. Would cut down on my frustration level.I LOVED this app I used it all the time until for no apparent reason one day it just starts crashing literally EVERY time I click on a song, or click shuffle on my playlists, the whole app just shuts down.

7. Now, whenever I go to listen to a playlist, all of a sudden the audio is playing but the screen is either black on some videos or the video glitches.

8. When I click to play a song the video shows up but I am unable to listen to the audio.

9. Please fix this! It's annoying! And, there should be an option available to either have the little window, or remove it from the screen while the music is still playing.

10. Its UI is easy to manage, the search is better than some other apps, and the playlist feature flows nicely.

11. It plays anywhere from alternative rock to some Spanish song that I can't understand in just 3 or 4 songs and that is what is confusing to me.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Music app Issues

1. Fix Music app Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  5. Uninstall and reinstall Music app. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Music app then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Music app not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Music app be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
