1. When I finish recording my videos for youtube, I needed to send them to Google photos (since they were in 3 parts) so when I went into the app, I saw 3 vids... but they were all 1 min long! (NOT the amount of time I recorded) I tried sending them to Google photos anyway, it said there was an error... it's like I didn't record anything! I also think their should be a pause button... I do not recommend this app!This app isn't the best choice for a screen recorder unless you want it to keep stopping.

2. Get Mobizen, or something.This app is absolute TRASH! I wanted to screen record, I mean, the first thing it says in the app name is "recorder" but when I tried the recorder, it said, This feature is only available for- and then all the other bottom half was literally gone! You guys literally failed at making an error message, and having us get a *probably costly* feature just so we can do what the app deceived us to think was actually real! Don't get this at all, it'll waste your time.Alright let me cut to the chase.

3. I personally DO NOT reccommend this to other users who want a good experince as it's trash, a waste of space, data, and time.This game is terrible.

4. Whenever i press the little "record" button it give me an uncomplete sentence saying "This feature is unavailable-" Yes i have tried turning around my mobile device nothing happened.

5. if you want to waste your time on this stupid "recorder" go ahead, but i and others warned you, its full of ads which are unreasonably used.

6. It keeps asking me to allow it to interfere with other apps and it also keeps stopping when I want to actually record my videos.

7. I was so tired, I fell asleep strait after it had turned that time.So, first many have experienced the same issue, I in my opinion think this app is useless unless the developpers pay attention to the feedback.

9. I've had ones that wouldn't upload vids, crashed every ten seconds, made my whole phone lag, and wouldn't even let me record sometimes.

1. Fix Screen recorder Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Screen recorder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Screen recorder App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Screen recorder" » Open Screen recorder - Record game & record video » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Screen recorder » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Screen recorder - Record game & record video app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Screen recorder servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Screen recorder - Record game & record video" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Screen recorder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Screen recorder might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Screen recorder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Screen recorder then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Screen recorder not working

2. Fix Screen recorder Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Screen recorder be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Screen recorder not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Screen recorder may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
