1. so basically what they're saying is, this is not a free app, you have to buy our ridiculous premium content in order to actually use this app, which probably would still not work...This app is horrible it doesnt do at all what it shows and they trick you into paying for a subscription, buy telling you first 3 days are free and then after that it will cost 12 US dollars a month but the cancel says pending until four day after, so you end up paying for the first month.

2. Wouldn't recommend this.if I could give it 0 stars I would... doesn't work at all, won't accept pictures from your gallery or new pictures you just took... and literally every 2 seconds (I timed it) they push their ad for you to go premium.

3. I recommend the developer goes back to the drawing board with this app.Never ending ads, no idea if there even are any quizzes/questions in it because it forces you to try the premium membership without any possibility of trying it out first.

4. DO NOT INSTALL.First of all, it has way too many ads, second, it's too persuasive with the premium mode, third, I don't really get how to use it, and third, when I take a photo it again, shows me if I want premium, in wich I don't because I don't like this "ChallengeLab" app.

5. Horrible app, I wish I hadn't selected to purchase the free 3 day trial - I can't wait to uninstall.The app itself isn't that great with you having to buy membership in order to stop ads from frequently coming or to try most quizzes and games.

6. I'm not interested in wasting my time on cancelling a monthly subscription service which for an app like this is ridiculously expensive, there are pointless time killer tests like the titles imply on so many websites for free.

7. But, a premium pass for £10 a month! comes up saying to continue you must purchase this.

8. I wouldn't recommend.Terrible. I take a picture of myself and it says "can't detect image", and the picture had my full face in it! Not to mention the ads.

10. Those that are free you need to watch an ad and when you're finally able to play them, they lack proper grammar and wording.

1. Fix ChallengeLab Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ChallengeLab: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ChallengeLab App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ChallengeLab" » Open ChallengeLab » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ChallengeLab » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ChallengeLab app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ChallengeLab servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ChallengeLab" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ChallengeLab app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ChallengeLab might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ChallengeLab. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ChallengeLab then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ChallengeLab not working

2. Fix ChallengeLab Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ChallengeLab be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ChallengeLab not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ChallengeLab may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
