1. Still haven't received payout but finally got response.It has been amazing so far, I've used it for less than a month and it is extremely user-friendly, lets you use it while updating and the interface is foolproof, the only addition would be the ability to go back to the text box questions, I pressed the [next] button accidentally and could not come back to fix it, had to redo the whole "mission".

2. It freezes when making video.Great opportunity to make a much more significant amount of extra money at a fraction of the time than all of these survey companies offer.

3. I must not fit the mold because I'm a marketing deviant but there are times I had been accepted for a couple queries, and was paid in cash, unlike other survey companies that`re generous with points that can expire.

4. I hate it when they eliminate the ability to apply for or complete missions with no warning, because of bug fixes or "updates." Without the last tech part? 5 stars.

5. However, since the last update...I have been notified of express and regular missions but when I go to the homepage to apply for them, the missions are not there.

6. This has been a fun app and yes I do recommend it do not rely on it to be full time income rely on it to be like beer money.

7. I've been able to make a little money during a time when work is scarce.

8. It is hassle to do that and I don't always have space on my phone.It's a great app in terms of actually getting invited to missions and getting paid.

10. The reason why it only received 4 stars is because the video keeps going whenever I try to submit a video using the dscout app.

11. I do wish we could go backwards when completing questions in the app as I sometimes accidentally move to the next screen or make a mistake, and then have to start over, losing everything.I find the application's qualifying process a challenge.

1. Fix dscout Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart dscout: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the dscout App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "dscout" » Open dscout » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for dscout » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear dscout app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from dscout servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "dscout" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check dscout app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, dscout might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall dscout. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall dscout then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing dscout not working

2. Fix dscout Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make dscout be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to dscout not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, dscout may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
