This app is simple to use, it's easy to read the text, and easy to attach documents, but the scroll speed is so fast, even at the slowest setting, that this app is basically useless.

2. Also a pause button while you're prompting would be great (as well as speed controls)This would be the best teleprompter app, except for you cannot export or save all of your texts to the cloud or even to a file, You can't even find the data file in the phone.

10. Make the font bigger & it will slow down the speed, if you make the font small it's going to move very fast EVEN on speed 1.

1. Fix Simple Teleprompter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Simple Teleprompter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Simple Teleprompter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Simple Teleprompter" » Open Simple Teleprompter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Simple Teleprompter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Simple Teleprompter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Simple Teleprompter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Simple Teleprompter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Simple Teleprompter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Simple Teleprompter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Simple Teleprompter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Simple Teleprompter then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Simple Teleprompter not working

2. Fix Simple Teleprompter Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Simple Teleprompter be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Simple Teleprompter not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Simple Teleprompter may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
