Why should I report an Issue with Oratory - teleprompter widget?

1. I could set the speed at 8 and have it correct every time and not just guessing at just below half and waste time adjusting the speed up and down to find the right spotThe script doesn't change to landscape position, even after I installed the HD camera option.

2. It would be helpful if the speed and text size sliders both had a number and not just a slider so that precise settings could be achieved everytime.

3. Would be perfect with some updates such as a button to control the text size and speed instead of only a scroll bar.

7. And if landscape mode rotation doesn't work it is a fault with inbuilt camera so try working with another camera, it will work.

8. The app does work in landscape with CameraMX which SUPPORTS landscape orientation (Samsung native photo app does not support landscape).

9. In spite of a Youtube plug, I couldn't find a way to get it to work with the camera in my Android tablet - though it will work with a handful of camera apps.

10. I can adjust font size , adjust reading speed.

11. Add a plus or minus button for better accuracy and make it work in landscape with the regular phone cameras instead of having to download a new one.

1. Fix Oratory Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Oratory: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Oratory App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Oratory" » Open Oratory - teleprompter widget » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Oratory » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Oratory - teleprompter widget app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Oratory servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Oratory - teleprompter widget" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Oratory app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Oratory might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Oratory. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Oratory then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Oratory not working

2. Fix Oratory Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Oratory be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Oratory not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Oratory may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
