1. Delete SBI Secure OTP Account through Email

There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by SBI Secure OTP:

1. Under GDPR: EU/UK Residents have the right to ask (via email), an organization that holds data about them to delete it. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. Organizations have one month to respond to the request.

1. On iphone, Goto "Settings "
2. Click on "General" » "Iphone Storage".
3. Select the app, and click "Delete SBI Secure OTP".

1. Go to your Android phone Settings.
2. Click on "Apps & Games".
3. Select "SBI Secure OTP" and Click "Uninstall".

1. Please note that after de-registration of the app, user will start receiving the OTP in registered mobile number with Internet Banking.

6. One time registration with your Internet Banking credentials is required for using the App.

7. OTP can be generated using the application after completion of registration process.

8. User can generate Online OTP after login to the application.

9. The application will replace the need for receiving the OTP for INB transactions via SMS.
