1. After signing in both my business show, then it asks me to upload a logo and cover photo, (which has always been there) so I do, then one of my business from the drop down vanishes completely and my logo and cover photo disappears as well.
2. My business still shows on Google Maps, but I can no longer update or post using the app... plus, the app is the only way to respond to messages, and it isn't working.
3. I've uploaded both a logo and cover photo through the app multiple times on various days and they still don't show up there or through the browser GMB manager but they seem to show up in other places.Unfortunately, this app is still quite buggy.
4. I can't tell which location is being messaged, so I have to click back to the main tab to see, then I have to click three different times to get back to the messages? And I can't copy paste info that is standard answers like addresses, website urls, etc.
5. Logo and cover photos keep disappearing, none of our images display correctly on mobile until you tap twice, and like everything else Google related, support is pretty much non-existent.
6. If you update your cover photo and profile photo on the actual website, it works just fine.
7. Also when someone messages my business in French, for example, it doesn't let me copy the message to translate it.
8. There is also no Post tab to see all posts!New update doesn't allow us to get into our messages, so we have questions we can't respond to.
9. An example of a bug: when I add someone as a user (site manager or manager), it says that it sent an invitation to that email, but when they check their email and spam, they cannot find the invitation.
10. been using this to manage my google business for a long time and now, for a while now, the app is horrible.
11. And my recent client reviews aren't showing up, which is a huge problem! My clients said they wrote reviews, and it shows up on their device, but no one else can see them, and they aren't showing in the app either.Not working properly.
