1. Pressing the back button will take you out of the job listing and into your job feed page where the save buttons are on the side, but the job you were looking at is not listed there. It's always been ready to navigate and use, directions are simple to follow and features are constantly growing with new, helpful, and informative developments... With that said, I have never landed one single job in the 6 plus years I've used the platform.
2. Also, if you can add a button to unsave a job from the job description page, this would make the experience so much more functional.Usually works well, but noticed this morning that the entire menu has disappeared? I've exited and refreshed the app 5 times and I still cannot access my messages, notifications or the settings menu.
3. Although the app boasts of being the #1 platform for job search.... Now, it's beginning to get more difficult by the day to even find positions that match my qualifications in order to even be able to apply for the proper jobs...Used to be good, but it has become quite annoying.
4. When moving between reading a job description and looking through the saved jobs page, it keep previous jobs that were removed from the list.
5. It keeps asking questions about jobs I haven't had in years, and the questions aren't even relevant to the industry, with no setting to turn them off.
6. To their credit, I have never seen an ad in the app. There are several issues that I've been experiencing with the saved jobs page.
7. I WOULD, however, encourage Indeed to modify their app where it can use a "back button." In other words, when I'm looking at a prospective job and forget to tap the bookmark button, I then hit something that changes the screen (happens WAY more than I like), I could tab a "back button" to go back to the previous screen.
8. They also ignore your filters, and show jobs 200+ miles away even after selecting remote, so lots of jobs aren't relevant.
9. Uninstalled/reinstalled the app and that seemed to fix the issue, then the list of jobs I had applied to disappeared.I use it quite often.
10. For instance, it won't update saved jobs after I add or remove jobs.
11. Instead, it removes several jobs because it thinks they are "similar", when in reality are quite different.
