1. Needs to be fixed if you want my review to be more than the lowest score.Have had insurance through Safe Auto for about a year now, and I haven't been able to make a payment from my app since I started my policy.
2. I received 4 ERROR messages all while attempting to simply set up the app! I tried uninstalling and downloading it again... Frustrating, apparently useless application.Not only is the app terrible as others have stated, so is their customer service.
3. Luckily I checked State Farm and got higher coverage amounts, better coverage, lower deductibles (had 250/500, now have 0/$100), added towing, plus renters policy, local agent to assist with things.
4. Just call in to Safe Auto's customer service if you have questions, need to make a claim, pay a bill, etc.
5. Had to call customer service to pay bill with someone I couldn't even understand and I still can't login through the app or on website like customer service rep suggestedThis app (and their website) never allow me to login.
6. Rather useless, if you try to pay your bill, view your billing cycle, look at any documents, or really do anything but look at the main screen, the app will log you out of your account (that you JUST logged into).
7. None of my information works, had to create a whole new account, doesn't recognize my policy number, no matter how I enter it.
8. Been trying to add my policy to my account, and it either says error fetching my request, or error please try again.
9. Their customer service have reset my password several times and I still cannot access my account info.
10. Only thing that does work online is their Quick Pay link.I just bought insurance from this company.... And I sure hope their service is better than their app.
11. Didn't even receive any notification about my bill being due and didn't find out they completely changed their app till I went to login and check my bill.
