1. And everymonth I have to pay insurance manually because some how their autopay functionality looses my card data and fails to pay.......I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS APP OR SERVICE.Tried to log in 3 times and couldn't get past the email.
2. It locked me out several times and I had to call customer service to get a new password that still didn't work.
3. When I tried to reset my password it tells me that something went wrong and I need to try again later.
4. Mobile App doesn't seem reliable, Uninstalling now!!!Slow, very clunky, unreliable.
5. It did let me access my mobile policy card although I believe my state wouldn't accept it, but not positive.
6. And when I click on the app it says it is loading, but doesn't go anywhere! Also my phone doesn't support the rewards program.
7. I tried to login with my credentials and it said that my password was wrong.
8. I downloaded the app so that I can have access to my insurance info.
9. Any way im not going back to this sucking insurance companyApp wont let me log on.
10. This app is mostly a hybrid of the website anyway.You guys need to seriously update your app to fix the bugs.
