1. Is there something going on? Also will the other number know that they're being tracked? ThanksWorks as it should a bit pricy for a per week charge I did contact customer support regarding this and there seams to be no monthly option In sight, as I said to customer support their should be a monthly charge of no more than £10 for the 1 contact standard option, their reply was to outline the cost of servers and how many ways they have to obtain just the last seen part.

2. I really do wish that I could have enjoyed this application longer without paying though.After trying out nearly 10 other services to no avail, I highly recommend this tool as it actually works! Unlike other tools that offer inadequate trial periods, this one provides a generous 10 hours of trial, which is more than reasonable.

3. When I tested it on my other number, I found it to be quite responsive, notifying me separately when the contact was online and offline.Does not work at all.

4. Update ater i've been in contact with customer support : The app is clearly a scam, i have paid for premium membership and it still doesn't work.

5. I added my number but the info is not updating and also when I try to add the other number it doesn't seem to display the WhatsApp picture.

6. Did take a while for the 'initialize in 60 minutes' to kick in, a few hours and it did work.** Bought a subscription and just said the number would initialize in 60 minutes, waited and no notifications.

7. I definitely recommend this app.Great app that allows you to control your children's phones from their excessive use of applications and many other wonderful features.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Seen Issues

1. Fix Seen Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Seen: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Seen App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Seen" » Open Seen: WA Family Online Tracker » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Seen » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Seen: WA Family Online Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Seen servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Seen: WA Family Online Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Seen app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Seen might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Seen. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Seen then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Seen not working


2. Fix Seen Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Seen be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Seen not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Seen may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
