1. Fix ROCK ID Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart ROCK ID: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the ROCK ID App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ROCK ID" » Open ROCK ID: GYMSTONE IDENTIFIER » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ROCK ID » click "UPDATE".
- Clear ROCK ID: GYMSTONE IDENTIFIER app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ROCK ID servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ROCK ID: GYMSTONE IDENTIFIER" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check ROCK ID app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ROCK ID might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall ROCK ID. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ROCK ID then reinstall.
