Why should I report an Issue with Robokiller - Spam Call Blocker?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. The answer bots took legitimate calls ( I expected to be a possibility), which I can work around, but as I mentioned above, without saving the conf I cannot turn it off.

2. The voicemail seems to work but now the actual protection is intermittent and the SMS operation is HORRIBLY SLOW! I get the 'spinning balls' waiting for texts to show or when I send a text.

3. Only blocked about 50% of the scam calls, and then without realizing it, Robokiller was handling my voicemail also.

4. I know the calls are coming because one got to my voice-mail and Door dash texted me letting me know they couldn't call me mentioning Robokiller.

5. Terrible appThis is an update to my previous review, Support is responsive but is very limited on the things they can ACTUALLY do for you, I'm happy that I can replace the deafult voicemail with my custom YouMail one.

6. For example, you can't simply give your phone number to a person and receive a call from that person without first going into the app to allow.

7. And there is absolutely no interface to adequately know which calls left a voicemail, or if you even have any.

8. DID NOT HELP!! Now questioning what I paid the money for! HELPDoes a decent job of blocking spam calls.

9. No notification when someone leaves a voicemail, and you have to click on every single call log to see if they left a voicemail.

10. The UI could use some work as well, it is missing a lot of things.Blocks all calls even the ones you want.

11. However, the text interface sucks big time, has too much of a delay, and lacks features to make it worthwhile to give up using with my current text app.Has got to be one of the worst apps in the history of apps.

1. Fix Robokiller Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Robokiller: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Robokiller App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Robokiller" » Open Robokiller - Spam Call Blocker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Robokiller » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Robokiller - Spam Call Blocker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Robokiller servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Robokiller - Spam Call Blocker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Robokiller app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Robokiller might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Robokiller. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Robokiller then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Robokiller not working

2. Fix Robokiller Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Robokiller be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Robokiller not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Robokiller may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
