1. Frequently getting crashed... Taking screen recording instead of actual camera... !!! Why this nonsense!!!?I'm happily surprised that I was able to use my bluetooth earphones as the microphone for video recording.

1. Fix Camera External Mic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Camera External Mic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Camera External Mic App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Camera External Mic" » Open Camera External Mic » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Camera External Mic » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Camera External Mic app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Camera External Mic servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Camera External Mic" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Camera External Mic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Camera External Mic might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Camera External Mic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Camera External Mic then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Camera External Mic not working
