1. If a specific other than the obvious phone number format is needed how about setting up the field to automatically put the numbers entered into that format? or better yet give the user a sample format to mimicI signed up online and then downloaded the app.

2. In essence, the app doesn't work.Tried to register but when I put in my cell number the 6 digit code does not get forwarded to my cell.

3. Does not matter how you out a phone number in, keeps indicating wrong format.

4. Forces me to enter a mobile number but keeps giving me an "Invalid...format" error.

5. Always locked out and asked for my phone number, and then no passwords are sms to my phone for the longest time.

6. Deleting this app.Does the app only work in Singapore? When the app is turned on its just showing loading (round circles) and does not load anything else.

1. Fix Harry's SG Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Harry's SG: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Harry's SG App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Harry's SG" » Open Harry's SG » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Harry's SG » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Harry's SG app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Harry's SG servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Harry's SG" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Harry's SG app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Harry's SG might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Harry's SG. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Harry's SG then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Harry's SG not working
