1. I have tried to use the app the request services, but the person who showed up had no idea what we needed and spoke no English so he ended up just leaving.Booking App Only! Installed this to see if it would help at all as a first time stayer with Riu, but it does not have any way to book dinners, check on resort status, explore the nearby area, or anything specific to my trip.

When I do it tells you to download or open the app and enter your password, which I can't as I have lost the old one and just want to set a new one.Wonderful App gives you all the information you may need and also options for booking, tables etc... Check-in, ask for items needed when on the resort or in the hotel.

3. By the time my password was reset my vacation was over! Also the daily activities were awful, it was stuck on one day (like Saturday) for the entire week! Too many glitches to be effective.Can't use the app as I need to reset the password but when I request to do this I am sent an email with a button to press.

4. You can log in, see your accumulated points, use those points, compare pricing, get information on resorts, book your stay, airport/hotel transfers, as well as having the ability to pay thru the app or the resort, all included in one app.

5. Having to reconnect the WiFi, every, single, time, is... 🙁😩🥹😖😮 💨😠 RIU properties' WiFi (all of the ones in Jamaica) ⭐️/5 The app ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️App works great.

6. WiFi at these hotels sucks to the max!!! 🤦🏾 ♂️ The whole process of getting a user ID, a password that you will need to change, (???) to the connection's stability.

7. ❤️ 💙While the app is easy to use it took my entire vacation to reset my password and access the free massage voucher.

8. My option is you should have an option for users to enter flight information and able to change.App is not functional.

9. Using it again to book a vacation right now and it worked fine.The app works fine, but the schedule isn't always accurate.

10. I'm currently staying at the Riu Jalisco and I've shown up for 2 things at the correct time and date only to find out they weren't happening.

1. Fix RIU Hotels & Resorts Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RIU Hotels & Resorts: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RIU Hotels & Resorts App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RIU Hotels & Resorts" » Open RIU Hotels & Resorts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RIU Hotels & Resorts » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RIU Hotels & Resorts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RIU Hotels & Resorts servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RIU Hotels & Resorts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RIU Hotels & Resorts app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RIU Hotels & Resorts might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RIU Hotels & Resorts. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RIU Hotels & Resorts then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RIU Hotels & Resorts not working

2. Fix RIU Hotels & Resorts Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RIU Hotels & Resorts be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RIU Hotels & Resorts not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
