1. Before I was never sure if I just missed bus or was it almost there.Great service and buss drivers! Always friendly and helpful when getting to your destinations!Verry friendly bus drivers and verry helpful when asking for directions on what bus to ride but could youse some improvements on getting some bus stops with benches to sit on so we don't have to stand up so often and to get out of the rain sometimesYou need a search.

2. It would also be nice if this app enabled you to buy tickets through your phone, worked with Google Maps, and you know maybe run on the weekend? Not a friendly service for people new around the area that Brazo operates in.Does not work.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Ride BTD Issues

1. Fix Ride BTD Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Ride BTD: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Ride BTD App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ride BTD" » Open Ride BTD » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ride BTD » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Ride BTD app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ride BTD servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ride BTD" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Ride BTD app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ride BTD might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Ride BTD. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ride BTD then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ride BTD not working


2. Fix Ride BTD Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ride BTD be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ride BTD not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ride BTD may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
