1. Lagging, freezing, crashing, and I'm paying over £45 a month for this! Eating up far too much of my time, soon as I find something more suitable then I'll be cancelling my subscription thanks to this dogsh!t appWorks great limited in features compared to others but the updates have made this a keeper.
2. As a real estate agent I can't have that kind of performanceHas been a solid experience throughout my usage, but I miss the offline functionality(local network) as some locations I shoot are far from an internet connection before use which has become an added hassle when I use it now.
3. Just used it yesterday to do a tour for another property and I could not get the app to work it kept hanging photos did not upload, what should have taken 15 minutes max took me almost an hour and I finally gave up.
4. Drop the price of software or fix the app.Tours take twice as long now because I have to tell the app to take the picture with the theta camera every photos.
5. Wifi issues Killing the platform, You would think a tech company of this size that relys on the camera connecting to the phone or tablet via wifi would have the best terminology available.
6. It freezes, won't connect, won't upload, crashes... It was fine the last time I used it, around June 20, 2020 and now it is an embarassment to me in front of clients.
7. I can connect to zillor and matterport in seconds and the theta apps connecting to the it own camera is a massive failure.
8. You will pull your hair out with this app! AVOID!This has to be the WORST app I've ever used, taking me half an our or more sometimes to just do the pathways for a 3 bedroom property, as for the larger properties? I'm having to allow over an hour just for them!.
9. I will contact customer support tomorrow but I needed this to work today.Once again updated and still the absolute worst.
10. I just wish you could just buy the software instead of renewing every year.App USED to work great.
