1. I have actually watched all the user guides, but the major flaw seems to be that the scanner loses its lock point and then starts rescanning, basically duplicating point clouds on top of each other, creating merged bodies with a single scan that I cannot undo.

2. Crashes every timeWorks well on my Pixel XL phone... I have dedicated this phone for my scanners... Works on Pop1, Pop2, Pop mini, and the Range scanners.

1. Fix Revo Scan Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Revo Scan: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Revo Scan App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Revo Scan" » Open Revo Scan - 3D Scanner APP » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Revo Scan » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Revo Scan - 3D Scanner APP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Revo Scan servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Revo Scan - 3D Scanner APP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Revo Scan app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Revo Scan might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Revo Scan. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Revo Scan then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Revo Scan not working

2. Fix Revo Scan Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Revo Scan be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Revo Scan not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Revo Scan may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
