Apparently there is another version that you dont have to pay for the tag off, but I dont have an iPhone so I cant get it Looked at past reviews who say similar things, and it seems the developer is always promising that these bugs will be fixed.. But they're not.I really wanted to love this app, but it kept freezing and I couldn't make anything to completion.

2. I love what can be created!!! App stalls out a lot but I'm continuing to try.Worked beautifully for about a week and now crashes every single time I open it.

1. Fix Rainbow Love Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rainbow Love: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rainbow Love App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rainbow Love" » Open Rainbow Love: Rainbow Photo Fi » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rainbow Love » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rainbow Love: Rainbow Photo Fi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rainbow Love servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rainbow Love: Rainbow Photo Fi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rainbow Love app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rainbow Love might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rainbow Love. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rainbow Love then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rainbow Love not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rainbow Love be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rainbow Love not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rainbow Love may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
