I usually run it WiFi and have a 1GB fiber connection so doubt it is that.My app keeps Cutting Out, so i have to always go back and select what station i want to listen too, then it Happens again over and overI will increase my rating if DEVs answer my questions : #1 - app plays VIDEO ads using phone data! I don't know how to stop it.. This is why I uninstalled it last time 😡 #2 - how to show artist & title while playing songs? BTW : I don't mind ads because they are necessary to pay you but VIDEO ADS cost me more.. ThankyouIt' great app, the only problem sometimes stop work and I have to restart, othewise it's great.Works great for playing international radio.

2. Could it have Bluetooth conne4ctivity to allow listening via Bluetooth? I believe it's the sleep function as it never used to stop at all randomly.

3. When you start it you lose your place in time is the delay disappears so when the 5 mins of ads have finished again you end up live again missing all you would have caught up on.

4. App works well and provides what's promised just needs to be upfront on it's business model and practices.The opening Adverts are real pain.

6. Anyways this radio is the best I had.Works but has ads all the time 5-6mins every ten min's or so and shuts off without warning something it never used to do.

7. First, information on the company or organization behind the app is hidden (it's buried in the Privacy Policy.) No opt-out buttons in app for data collection & privacy.

8. But on my S8 with an additional 32GB uSD memory it just stops after a few minutes no matter what I am doing with phone.

9. Do you think you could fix this in an update? I've kept my old Samsung S4 (which never stops usually) to avoid this, but it's a little inconvenient always having to carry 2 phones around.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Radio New Zealand FM" » Open Radio New Zealand FM: Radio NZ » click "Update".

3. Clear Radio New Zealand FM: Radio NZ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Radio New Zealand FM servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Radio New Zealand FM: Radio NZ" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Radio New Zealand FM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Radio New Zealand FM might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Radio New Zealand FM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Radio New Zealand FM then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Radio New Zealand FM not working
