1. :-) Four stars simply because it would be more user friendly to have station options in regional order, so didn't have to keep scrolling thru the varied and many available, to find stations with local area messages, news, etc.This was the best radio app I'd used so I paid for the add free version.

2. There are plenty of other good onesAwesome app for a city with crappie radio stations only problem is the adds that continuously are on screen making it annoying to change stations.

1. Fix Radio New Zealand Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Radio New Zealand: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Radio New Zealand App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Radio New Zealand" » Open Radio New Zealand - FM Radio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Radio New Zealand » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Radio New Zealand - FM Radio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Radio New Zealand servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Radio New Zealand - FM Radio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Radio New Zealand app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Radio New Zealand might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Radio New Zealand. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Radio New Zealand then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Radio New Zealand not working
