Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix RV-103 Issues
1. Fix RV-103 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart RV-103: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the RV-103 App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RV-103" » Open RV-103 » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RV-103 » click "UPDATE".
- Clear RV-103 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RV-103 servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RV-103" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check RV-103 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RV-103 might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall RV-103. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RV-103 then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RV-103 not working
2. Fix RV-103 Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RV-103 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RV-103 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
