Why should I report an Issue with Osons - only song serve?

1. You need to fix this bug issue with the app so it will work again!! This is a great app for downloading music mp3 songs from video.I used to use this app for years! It did have a problem for awhile where once the songs were downloaded, then when you tried to play it, it said it couldn't play this song, they fixed that tho.

2. I absolutely LOVE this music app!! I can download any song I want! Plus you can download movie/TV show scenes and also comedy.

3. & When I search for it just by typing it in on the play store search bar, it doesn't even pull it up! Did they get rid of this app?? I can't find any decent other apps as good this was.For a while it was great! It worked great, dont like ads but im unwilling to pay to remove them so thats my own fault.

4. please fix, because I love this app!I love this app! Its by far, THE BEST downloader on the playstore! I have a very large range of music and songs that i love to listen to, but in most cases i couldnt even download half of them.

5. If I click the app and it does stay on to load, I will pick a song and download it it and it will but says it is unable to play the soundtrack I chose.

6. Need a way to sample songs before downloading , I hate wasting time on music I didn't want and I'm sure others would agree.

7. The cherry on top is, its super simple to use, not to many ads, and it downloads superfast! Only thing i would suggest is having the ability to preview the song, even if for just a very short minute, before downloading.

8. if it does ill change it to 5 starsSometimes its better sometimes its acting up, but when its working it is quite great I mean you are getting free music which now you have to pay to listen to.

10. Until recently... now, I can't even search for any songs at all!! I can't do anything because as soon as I click on it, ads start popping up.

1. Fix Osons Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Osons: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Osons App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Osons" » Open Osons - only song serve » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Osons » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Osons - only song serve app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Osons servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Osons - only song serve" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Osons app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Osons might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Osons. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Osons then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Osons not working

2. Fix Osons Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Osons be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Osons not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Osons may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
