1. This was my favorite video-editing app and made it easy to edit videos quickly and easily with cute features on my phone.

2. When I upload to Instagram, no matter the dimensions, it still doesn't fit & captions frequently get cut off.Ok... I LOVE this app for video editing... It is very intuitive, easy to learn and has tons of features.

3. Stop adding fancy unnecessary features and bring back the more basic version that actually worked and didn't overload tablet memory!This app is my favorite still, but it's a fight to keep it.

4. Over the past year, it still has glitches that drive me nuts & make it take longer to edit videos (hence the 4 stars.) For instance, if you have placed text & go back to edit, it changes your font style.

5. After they added the key frame function (something I have 0 need for) the app crashes frequently, I can no longer create videos longer than 4 minutes without it crashing everytime I try to make any changes.

6. I've had the app for about 3 years now after buying the full version, but with the new upgrade, it forces me to pay a new monthly fee to access features I could use before after paying the one-time fee.

7. Love this appI was hoping to be able to write a review, glad I was prompted to--I have used many slideshow/video makers over the years, and every time there's either a limit of 30 photos, can't add my own music, too much complication, etc.

11. The only thing I had an issue with and it's not serious at all, I couldn't pick which clip of the song I wanted but to be completely honest I think I just missed where the option is to do it.

1. Fix VivaVideo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VivaVideo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VivaVideo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VivaVideo" » Open VivaVideo - Video Editor&Maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VivaVideo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VivaVideo - Video Editor&Maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VivaVideo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VivaVideo - Video Editor&Maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VivaVideo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VivaVideo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VivaVideo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VivaVideo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VivaVideo not working

2. Fix VivaVideo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VivaVideo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VivaVideo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VivaVideo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
