1. What's the problem with it? Does it mean I must be answering all calls with earphone?There is a lot of advertisement in this app and the message option details are also not visible, the number which is saved in the phone is only visible in the true caller id otherwise no more number, this is time waist app...though it's taking the record of my call logs but, app internal feature is too bad, unnecessary call recorded showing in the background when m not connected to anyone over call..Caller ID is quite Infortant, I really like it, but I have problem with it, when I see a caller No.

4. So uninstalled.I downloaded this app but when I answer call without earphone I won't hear anything from the other end after recording but once I answer with earphone I will hear from both ends after recording.

1. Fix Call Blocker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Call Blocker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Call Blocker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Call Blocker" » Open Call Blocker: Call Log Manager » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Call Blocker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Call Blocker: Call Log Manager app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Call Blocker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Call Blocker: Call Log Manager" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Call Blocker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Call Blocker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Call Blocker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Call Blocker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Call Blocker not working

2. Fix Call Blocker Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Call Blocker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Call Blocker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Call Blocker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
