(microphone access manager) - would love to see a fix for the notification in do not disturb and this feature once it works it's 4 stars for me, with whitelisting 5 stars edit: tapping notification to unblock for set time does not block the camera after x minutes... :-(The best Camera blocker I ever found.

2. This one let's you turn off or on camera with 1 tap in the notification area! Also let's you just add programs to notification area to give permission for that one app, can also add a time interval so camera will lock again! I love this app by them and also love their Microphone Blocker which works much the same way with many features.

3. The app that I had previously another camera Blocker and was rated as one of the best for last year to my surprise failed - my cam on my cell phone was still being turned without my permission.

4. With Camera Blocker it does not appear that anyone can access the camera on my cell phone.

Past review; Poor I paid for the pro version to get rid of ads; the app was fantastic then; recently i had to reinstall; to my suprise you can't seemlesly reinstall the pro version, instead i'm stuck with a standard version riddled with intrusive ads whilst i try and navigate the customer service channel -so angry.Great application against Spyware and other malicious activity.

6. Camera won't open while the blocker is active and the flash is still able to work independently, meaning I'm still able to use it as a light source if needs be.

7. Nice feature is lock icon near clock and on AOD.At this time I feel impressed with app it seems to everything it claims and does it very well.

1. Fix Camera Blocker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Camera Blocker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Camera Blocker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Camera Blocker" » Open Camera Blocker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Camera Blocker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Camera Blocker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Camera Blocker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Camera Blocker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Camera Blocker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Camera Blocker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Camera Blocker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Camera Blocker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Camera Blocker not working

2. Fix Camera Blocker Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Camera Blocker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Camera Blocker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Camera Blocker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
