1. It's instantaneous in its response to commands.To fix the issue with the SD card you have to pick a new time zone! That similar to yours! I had to pick Alaska and I'm no where near there! Took about 15 minutes to find one that worked! Glad I can now save them! Since last update June 6th all my issues are fixed! The app is running great! Still have issues with one camera always going offline! Everyday I have to reset the camera! But the other one isn't having the same issue! 🤷 ♀️The app has lots of features and promise.
2. Unfortunately I have so far been unable to find another App that works with my camera.The alerts aren't viewable, besides from my main device screen, connected to the computer.
3. Shoddy deal...both app and camera.Its a brand new sd card for video and it worked before the previous update...so no its not the SD card its the app.
4. When rotating the camera i have to wait ages to see the change on my app...i have other cameras from different brands like Yoosee , ubell, tuya...they all work fine except this one.
5. It averages a delay of about 30 seconds, sometimes over a minute when you move a camera until it catches up on the screen.
6. The only way to transfer files is by removing the SD card, so don't mount it to far out of reach, unless you don't mind dragging a ladder in and out all the time, The app has no option to move or copy files to another device.
7. If your lucky enough to get a valid video file to view, you cannot visually scan thru the file to quickly find something using the slide bar as if frame by frame.
8. Currently it keeps force closing and gives the error message"Video Load Error".The app always have between 10 & 30 seconds of delay.
9. It would be good to be able to rewind the camera without going into a separate screenTerrible app and associated camera.
10. The recording stops at random times on its own and the file is unreadable even tho it shows and icon for the video.
11. This app has an incredible amount of flaws, not to mention the camera is total garbage.
