myIM3 Customer Insights

1. Also, no option to switch between subscription packages and no option to turn off/on automatic renewal.it was fine till i reset my phone, i cant login anymore bcs whenever i try to login the otp wont be send to me I've tried to contact customer but no response so bad i cant check my internet for a weeks till nowAlways some signal issues, meanwhile i'm using their service data to open the app or straight up using wifi, trying to use "contact via WhatsApp" and it keeps saying that i dont have that app installed, but i did? Please fix this issue, i just want to check my info, dont make it harder.The app crashed a few times while I was purchasing a package, making it difficult to purchase the desired package.

2. Now I have to fill my credit first so that I could purchase data package INSTEAD of directly purchasing data package using virtual account payment method.

3. After postpaid supposedly improvement on 16 - 17 June 2023, i am once again having trouble even after was a notification everything's back to normal My limit was suddenly changed to 0, and i cant buy any package at all, including using bonus points from IM3.

4. I can say that more than half of the time I spent opening this app is to watch the god forsaken loading screen.Payment options now include DANA and OVO, but transactions always failed when using other providers' mobile connection.

5. shame on you!!This app, and dare I say this provider, has fallen from its grace by removing virtual account payment method EXCEPT for credit purchase.

6. Finally the CS on WA says that any contract renewal should be done manually at the offline store! While the offline store said promo is only available on apps?! Well done for serving long-time users in digital world.bad company.

7. Being informed by call center to renew contract via app after it finishes to avoid pro rate charge, but then all types of payment got canceled by this app.

8. Hopefully it won't ever crash anymore.The signal and internet connection totally bad.. And this month is the worst.. The internet is not stable at all..The responsibility for unsuccessful purchases was really bad.

9. Topped up the credit and suddenly it's displaying failed to display content Alas, i have to use wifi to do anything.

10. I have contacted CS Indosat and it's never connected.Useless app for acct mgmt.

11. Terrible way in purpose to harras the customers.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix myIM3 Issues

1. Fix myIM3 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart myIM3: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the myIM3 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "myIM3" » Open myIM3: Data Plan & Buy Package » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for myIM3 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear myIM3: Data Plan & Buy Package app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from myIM3 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "myIM3: Data Plan & Buy Package" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check myIM3 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myIM3 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall myIM3. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myIM3 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing myIM3 not working


2. Fix myIM3 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make myIM3 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to myIM3 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, myIM3 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
