1. Also when i first tried to redeem a reward before i realized it could only be done online, it put a countdown timer for when the rewars had to be redeemed.Will not work when placing order with gift card as payment.

2. The last time I tried, the rewards I had still didn't work but I tried to place an order anyway.

3. After adding an item to the cart it would freeze, the "Back" button doesn't even work, and 3 times I tried to add everything to my cart, and when I went back to add another item, it cleared my cart and acted like I had a new order.

4. They also offer rewards like a free spaghetti when you sign up, but they can't even be applied to an order using the app, you have to show the coupon to an employee.

5. Spent twenty minutes trying to place a $10 order with a gift card that has $14 balance on it, and all I got was an error message multiple times.

1. Fix Fazoli's Rewards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fazoli's Rewards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fazoli's Rewards App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fazoli's Rewards" » Open Fazoli's Rewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fazoli's Rewards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fazoli's Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fazoli's Rewards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fazoli's Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fazoli's Rewards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fazoli's Rewards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fazoli's Rewards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fazoli's Rewards then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fazoli's Rewards not working

2. Fix Fazoli's Rewards Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fazoli's Rewards be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fazoli's Rewards not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fazoli's Rewards may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
