1. In today's age of online ordering i think the app is stuck in 1959 when the restaurant opened.ZERO STARS!! I tried to sign in with the same email and password I use to order online (had an account with them for over a year) and it keeps telling me something's incorrect?!!This app is supposed to be better.

2. Still can't get it.App stopped working....emailed for help....quick respose and back working! Love this spinach pizza and how helpful the tech response was!No menu, no online ordering.

3. I've Been a rewards customer for years and I've lost my points and cannot redeem new points I am so FrustratedUm...could I at least see a menu and prices? Brand new to the chain.

1. Fix Aurelio's Pizza Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Aurelio's Pizza: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Aurelio's Pizza App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Aurelio's Pizza" » Open Aurelio's Pizza » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Aurelio's Pizza » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Aurelio's Pizza app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Aurelio's Pizza servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Aurelio's Pizza" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Aurelio's Pizza app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Aurelio's Pizza might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Aurelio's Pizza. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Aurelio's Pizza then reinstall.
