Frontline ERP & SIS Customer Insights

1. I don't think they read the emails or even care.My school recently switched gradebooks to TEAMS, and I find it to be confusing and difficult to navigate.

2. Only giving me one grading period..and not the past one, only by subject..online version is so much better and easier to useHave not been able to use app for days.

3. I find it hard to even go back, it will take me out if the app.It is a great app and really handy instead of asking or looking up your grades on the computer.

4. Such a great idea, shame the UI and software just aren't there yet.I've been logged out of the app with no reason.

5. I will have to stick to the full site to do grades.

6. If not, contact them through a website that does not even exist.

7. It's hard to navigate and see the grades or what is missing.

8. It won't recognize my username, password or secret answer.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Frontline ERP & SIS Issues

1. Fix Frontline ERP & SIS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Frontline ERP & SIS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Frontline ERP & SIS App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Frontline ERP & SIS" » Open Frontline ERP & SIS » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Frontline ERP & SIS » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Frontline ERP & SIS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Frontline ERP & SIS servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Frontline ERP & SIS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Frontline ERP & SIS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Frontline ERP & SIS might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Frontline ERP & SIS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Frontline ERP & SIS then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Frontline ERP & SIS not working


2. Fix Frontline ERP & SIS Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Frontline ERP & SIS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Frontline ERP & SIS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Frontline ERP & SIS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • The app won't work, I'm able to log in but gives me a blank screen after. It won't allow me to click anywhere else. I need to turn in personal information for my child to get into school.

  • Indont remember my password or the security question answer. How do I reset everything

  • I am not able to register the app on my phone. When asked for the badge number, I put it in, and then it says "Invalid badge ID. Please try again.

    So, I'm not able to use this app.
