Why should I report an Issue with enguru for Enterprises?

1. Notification are annoying, from past 3 days I am receiving notifications telling that it's last day to purchase and the worst thing is that it sends after every 15 minutes I have blocked your app notifications.It's the worst app i have ever used , waste of money !! First of all there is a lot of glitch issues , even after completing the set ,it doesn't reflect completion ! We hav to do it again!! Lot of buffering in listening part ..even after the time spam of 5 minute is over...it still showing buffering!! And at the end...it is showing false report of module not completed and grading is also biased , on the glitches!! Don't go for it...absolute waste of time!This application is better for learning but as a competition it is useless, in this application i found we can collect more point after weekly session locked by repeating chapters.

2. Pls make me to start the level of 22It's totally waste of time, learning English from this app is like learning Russian language in Japan, I recommend not to use this app because it has mind frustrating things and app as many bugs like when answer is right but it still shows wrong and u should restart from starting again!! fix bugs accordingly or remove the app from playstore .It is really a good app to help us students improve our english and also educating us how to get ready for an interview and many more.

3. And the contains of the lessons are useless.Motive is good, but need to work on app... Some times wrong answers came, sometimes it deduct the marks automatically, app is not showing the meaning of words.

4. Please if possible in the next update change the background to more eye friendly and I guess that will help the user to stay on the app for a longer time.

5. The lesson roadmap takes time to update, sometimes it takes you to the next level some time it doesn't 2.

6. I request you to remove this error so that, students who have caliber can get their position.Most worst app I've ever seen.... The app do not work properly.

7. But I have only one issue, the blue background really stresses the eyes and its hard to stay focus for a long time.

8. When there is a task to listen and write, if you write something wrong it will deduct your percentage from the speaking section (that's crazy).

9. They are Not saying the correct Sentence ( in the "listen and say what you here" ) i heard that "The round plates around the kitchen" I texted the same what I heard .

10. I saw many students have collected over 16000 points in just 2 levels while in 2 levels the maximum 1000 point we can collect.

11. It's totally time waste.

1. Fix enguru Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart enguru: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the enguru App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "enguru" » Open enguru for Enterprises » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for enguru » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear enguru for Enterprises app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from enguru servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "enguru for Enterprises" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check enguru app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, enguru might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall enguru. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall enguru then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing enguru not working

2. Fix enguru Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make enguru be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to enguru not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, enguru may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
