1. Now its not letting me add more strips either! Such a pain as I've had these prints before & they're really good but this app is so frustrating!Really really difficult to edit an order once started, keeps asking you to delete if you want to change, also if you want to change a photo you can't just delete it you have to go back and find that photo and unselect which can take forever!! Also ridiculous postage fees!! £7.90 to post some photos!?! Would have been £25 if I wanted it a day earlier!Print quality is really good, but I wanted to do a photo album and the app doesn't load all the pictures from the phone folder (it seems to only work if I save the draft, go out of the folder and back in again); it doesn't arrange photos by date (or give you option to view pictures), which is really time consuming as I want to do an album of a trip with lots of locations and want to do it by date.

1. Restart CHEERZ- Photo Printing: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CHEERZ- Photo Printing App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CHEERZ- Photo Printing" » Open CHEERZ- Photo Printing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CHEERZ- Photo Printing » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CHEERZ- Photo Printing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CHEERZ- Photo Printing servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CHEERZ- Photo Printing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CHEERZ- Photo Printing app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CHEERZ- Photo Printing might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CHEERZ- Photo Printing. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CHEERZ- Photo Printing then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CHEERZ- Photo Printing not working
