1. However, it is user-friendly.HORRIBLE! *DO NOT USE!* They try to get you to download the app to get certain discounts (usually very minimal discounts at that...I'm talking under $10, and it's pretty much always "Express Deal" only, where you don't know what you're getting, until you book.) ..Don't do it! Their app is AWFUL! Way less features than their website, not easy to navigate, and super glitchy.

2. Tried to look into the breakdown of these "Taxes and Fees" but much to my expectation there wasn't an easily accessible way to do this.I scored a couple great deals on Priceline already.

3. Today I was looking for a car rental through the website and right before my eyes the date changed to another one.Whatever you do don't use their express deals.

4. If for a hotel, I'd call the hotel to confirm just to be safe!The Express Deals are great for traveling on the fly.

5. Priceline said to book another and that they'd reimburse the difference, but the only available rental was a 20 minute cab ride away, and a different "class" of car, so Priceline declined to reimburse me.

6. Gave them another shot so I rented a hotel through the express deal again.

7. I called priceline and they said express deals are non refundable and I had to rent another car.

8. And when you look up a more customized (and slightly pricier) option for the same hotel, the room price goes up, and the "Taxes and Fees" hang out at 15% instead.

9. I've been a platinum member for some time and that doesn't mean squat dilly.I always have a great experience using Priceline.

1. Fix Priceline Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Priceline: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Priceline App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Priceline" » Open Priceline: Hotel, Flight & Car » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Priceline » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Priceline: Hotel, Flight & Car app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Priceline servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Priceline: Hotel, Flight & Car" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Priceline app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Priceline might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Priceline. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Priceline then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Priceline not working

2. Fix Priceline Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Priceline be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Priceline not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Priceline may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
