1. Maybe this was meant to be a icon to link you to e-zpassny webpage and not an actual app.After signing it it says "a verification code has been sent to your device" Oh yeah has it now? Which device? My phone? The tag device? And how has that supposed verification been sent? Did not receive any text or email, nothing.

2. It says it doesn't recognize my information I'll hit have trouble logging in go to the website on my phone and it logs me right in it is useless.

3. The app does not recognize my username and password as valid even though 2 minutes earlier I was able to log into the website from my computers at home!! What the hell man? I confirmed this process 3 times.

4. I was hoping to get an app for my e-zpass so I don't have to continuously go on my desktop.I can log into EZ pass on the website on my telephone phone won't allow me to log on the app.

5. Was any user testing ever performed before release this piece of failware?this app absolutely makes zero sense I can log on easily through the web but as soon as I try my credentials on the app when it starts up that has an issue logging in.

6. And if you click "trouble logging in" it brings you back to the e-zpassny website where you can actually log in.
