1. It's slow and doesn't show you up to date balance etc.Great App, would you consider adding a feature to send notifications of the toll and dollar amount each time you use your EZ Pass? Thanks.it got "processing fee" if you use it to add funds, claiming it "helps them maintain the app".

Because it is 3rd party, not sure I should add cc info.Probably the worst system I've ever used , app doesn't load you're not allowed to change the auto refill amount with contacting support for your own account? It jumps the refill amount without telling you or notifying you before doing it , no regard for the user.Extremely poor experience.

3. View what matters, easily - toll activity, vehicles, transponders, see balance, add funds.It's a great user friendly app.

4. Ez pass by itself seems a big scam as they have no official app and they don't post toll rates on most of their toll booths.

5. Do yourself a favor an install the new official NJ EZPass app and throw this one away.It charges you $1.29 every time you add funds.

6. Easy to add cars and a more secure way of paying too Way better than the official website, adds and deletes cars easily and instantly.

7. The website hasn't been updated since, ever, and this app after 5 minutes of use seems pretty well designed from a user perspective.

8. After having the website freeze several times during a transaction this was a welcome surprise to find an app .The app seems nice.

9. There is now an official EZpass NJ app, this one is no longer necessary.Why have an app where you can't update your credit card info, to say the least.

1. Fix EZ Tolls NJ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EZ Tolls NJ: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EZ Tolls NJ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EZ Tolls NJ" » Open EZ Tolls NJ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EZ Tolls NJ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EZ Tolls NJ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EZ Tolls NJ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EZ Tolls NJ" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EZ Tolls NJ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EZ Tolls NJ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EZ Tolls NJ. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EZ Tolls NJ then reinstall.
