Vision+ 2 Customer Insights

1. With the last couple of firmware updates, I can now use my LG V20 on my poweregg x and so far no glitches and back to my beloved android products.Not working properly needs a lot of updating some functions not work and not connecting with the dolphin easy.To everyone complaining about not being able to use this app to control their poweregg, you need to download the app from powervisions website and it will work.

2. Constant connection issues and does not retain memory of connected devices, must set up dolphin every time.I bought a poweregg and as it says on their website it's compatible with my phone, but it's only compatible with ios not android the information on the website are misleading.

His service was exemplary.If you are having problems with the poweregg x showing up on the app contact support team and they will help you out apparently it was downloading an old version of the app and that's why it wasn't showing up on my Pixel 3 just the powerdolphin but both showed up on my iPhone 8 .

4. Exactly the same as last time.I was an early adopter of the Poweregg X and it was a very rocky start.

5. However I must give a big shout out to Powervision European support, namely Stephen whom works out of the Finland Office.

6. I've read that the poweregg x works best with apple products, I'm not a fan of apple.

7. I downloaded it from the link they emailed me with and it's showing up on my pixel now!No split screen, so you can't use VR glasses and there is no option to connect another mobile device.

9. To begin with the App would not work with my Samsung S7, this was identified as an issue with chipsets used in European Samsung handsets and was eventually fixed.

10. First time flying greats second time? Nope.

11. Go to use it again and it continues to say "drone unconnected" but works well in hand held mode.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Vision+ 2 Issues

1. Fix Vision+ 2 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Vision+ 2: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Vision+ 2 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vision+ 2" » Open Vision+ 2 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vision+ 2 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Vision+ 2 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vision+ 2 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vision+ 2" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Vision+ 2 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vision+ 2 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Vision+ 2. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vision+ 2 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vision+ 2 not working


2. Fix Vision+ 2 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vision+ 2 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vision+ 2 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vision+ 2 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
