Vision+S1 Customer Insights

1. It's almost perfect! Only issue I wish would be resolved in the future is that power follow doesn't seem to work for me in landscape orientation.Great product but the app needs a lot of work, give us the ability to change storage location, I dont want photos and videos to be in another folder from my stock location.

2. I thought it was "the standard", but most other products and gimbals also don't deliver comparable quality.Love the app and product! In app camera tracking is great but one of the main reasons I got the S1 was because of power follow for 3rd party applications.

3. From my point of view it lags behind in quality and features compared to the default camera on Pixel devices, which must be pretty good (and other apps pretty bad doing lots of inappropriate filtering).

4. The gestures work great and the follow feature works for the most part, if it loses your face it wont pick it back up unless you gesture again.

5. The Pixel camera app had better panorama options for about a decade now, and very good picture quality even under sub optimal conditions.

6. Disconnected my galaxy watch and voila! Gimbal and app works as advertised...While the hardware itself is pretty cool and well designed, this piece of software is not yet there.

7. App should be able to rotate in horizontal position, that's what the phone is in when on the gimbal to begin withInitially thought gimbal motor and app was faulty.

8. The Follow Me function is not working at all any chat app on my Samsung phone but works quite ok on my iPhone.

9. I will update the review after you fix the issue.Hardware seems to be pretty good quality.

10. Haredware is fine but ruined by the software - hasn't anyone else noticed or are these not real reviews?Great app.

11. I wasnt sure if my phone would work well with it, it does, but the application has a few issues.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Vision+S1 Issues

1. Fix Vision+S1 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Vision+S1: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Vision+S1 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vision+S1" » Open Vision+S1 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vision+S1 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Vision+S1 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vision+S1 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vision+S1" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Vision+S1 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vision+S1 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Vision+S1. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vision+S1 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vision+S1 not working


2. Fix Vision+S1 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vision+S1 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vision+S1 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vision+S1 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • hallo i just got the powervision S1 and now i try to use the APP but i cant pass the registration proces, not with telephonen nr and not with @mail, please tell me how to bypass or how to do
