1. My packages are from China and according to USPS they've only received notice that a label was created and when I checked on the sellers website, the packages are still overseas, yet tracking hasn't updated since a month.

2. I'm deleting this app immediately.Since installing this app I have received several phishing emails timed perfectly to shortly after the packages arrive in my country of destination claiming fees are payable in order to release the packages.

3. There are a lot better tracking apps out there.It worked fine until it said all 3 of my packages had been delivered when they clearly have not.

4. I use it to track all my incoming packages.This is leaps better than all of the other tracking apps I've used.

5. They added the courier that was missing very quickly.Recurring subscription schemes only, bleeding customers dry ad infinitum, without any possibility to purchase the software once and for all.

6. I have removed the app which has otherwise been quite helpful.The apps has too many ads and you have to pay weekly/monthly/yearly to remove ads, but the developer can't even get the timezone right.

7. Consequently, I acquired three better alternatives and uninstalled this milkingware.Had a package that was set to be delivered in August, this app just notified me about it today, October 25th, literally 3 months later.

8. Not to mention, the app doesn't really update and when it does, it's like 8-10 hours behind every other app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Post Track Issues

  5. Uninstall and reinstall Post Track. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Post Track then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Post Track not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Post Track be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
