1. I do like the service that ipostal1 gives, but its not convinient on the phone, since the app doesnt work for me anymore.App completely broken/unmaintained -- login blocked by weird JSON parsing error.Starts off great, sounds like a great deal but as you go through the sign up process, they continue to add substantial charges, $9.99/mo, then $25 to cover others charges, then $25 to get the sign up paperwork notorized online, I gave up at this point... No weekend customer service, really a serious deal breaker! This is the worst company for business mail.
2. but not 5, because of the hidden fees and nonexistent customer service.Horrible! There are hidden fees and after the payment is processed they send you an email with the request for form submission.
3. Customer service / tech support has been non-responsive for over two months, and will no longer return phone calls except to say it works properly for them.
4. Too bad because it could be a good app/service if they hired more help, they don't even bother to answer the phone just send yuh to voice mail ..Don't waste your time and money!!!It is good for nomads.
5. If there were any other providers in the area, I'd change....... Previous entry from Oct 2018: Ipostal1 has removed all shipping options except USPS letter delivery from the mobile app.
6. Their telephone and email support state that in order to ship packages or anything other than a letter via USPS, customers must access the full website from a computer.
7. Why then offer a phone app? It's nothing more than a waste of storage space.TWO WEEKS! Paid the $10 to start the service.
8. My only option now is to call the local mail facility and verbally go through shipping options and cost.
9. It don't look like I will be a customer for long. The App could be better, I've had Ipostal1 service for a year for my business.
10. The forms they are requesting and the process to complete and submit forms is unrealistic and there's a fee for the notory service on top of it.
11. Support to cover a week to get back to me at least in one case.Update Dec 10, 2018: app shows it was updated after a few years, but no apparent visual change.
