11. We'd love to hear what you think about Polarsteps.
1. I seem to have to download them first to my phone if I plan to add them into my step.I love Polarsteps! It's a great way to keep track of where I've gone and show my friends and family.
2. But still a great app for traveling. This app is amazing! It's a really cool kind of travel journal app that allows to to upload pictures of your travels and do little write ups on it.
3. We also have the book on display for guests that come over- makes a great 'coffee table book'! I recommend this app to all of my friends who are taking trips.
4. It makes sharing our adventure with friends and family so easy- you aren't just flipping through your phone showing them random photos.
5. Edit: I'm not sure how that feature is not on the roadmap! So many of my pictures or videos require proper context explained by a quick blurb (that can be tied to the picture, not in the summary).
6. It's great how it uses the phones GPS to track our trips and it's easy to add pictures along the way.
7. But the best momento for me is the updated map pin my homepage with an ever growing number of dots on the map (for each location visited).Great app, really liking it for documenting my journey works flawlessly.
8. I wish access could be given to other individuals that are traveling with me so they can update the trip as well with their pictures and thoughts.
9. I then uploaded all our photos in the correct spots, wrote more detail about each day, and ordered a travel book.
10. Highly recommend!Great app for keeping friends and family "in the loop" while traveling.
11. Translated text is nonsenseApp is great, but i wish there was a way to add captions to photos or videos.
After using polarstep app I cannot upload anymore videos which was possible the fist weeks. If I try now to do so, I can pick the video with wifi but than while trying to public video it says that the Internet connection is to low. If I upload with 4G the upload works but it shows all the time offline. Also after changing than to wifi the step (the whole step not only the video) shows offline.
What did change? Why am I not anymore able to post videos? What shall I do? It defenately is not due to the internet connection. Very happy looking forward to your support. Kind regards
Nicole
I did not fully understand the capabilities of your app when I departed on my 3 month trip from the US to Canada, Alaska, and the Yukon.
All my photos are in my iPhone se 2020. Now, I'm in recovery mode, so here are some questions. Can I use photos from the iPhone even though they were not taken via the Polarstep (PS) app? I found I could not take multiple photos in rapid succession via PS. This was most likely due to not understanding the app's capabilities. Now I have 200+ photos I would like to access for the photo book. Secondly, I would like to have the route shown as part of the book but do not know how to transfer it from screen to book. I thought perhaps you may have it in your system. Third, can I place a caption with the photos? I am not tech savvy in all things digital so will most likely have additional questions. Thank you for your help.

Hi
At the recent 4 ( or more) steps I published it was written that was successful synchronized but my followers can not see the videos, they see just the pictures.
L.S.,
Vriendelijke groet,
Petra de Valk - Natrop
Dear customerservice,
I made my polarsteps account with my Facebook account. I have deleted my Facebook and I forgot my password of polarsteps. And the polarsteps account is connected to my old e-mail of Facebook. I am still logged in the app in my phone, but I can’t change my e-mail adres because I forgot the password. And I can’t change my password because it is connected to my old e-mail. Can you change my e-mail address for me? My account name is: LimaSmr. It is now connected to the e-mail Lxstar22@redacted. I would want it to be connected to my new e-mail: Lima.samsour@redacted
Thank you very much!
Kind regards,
Lima Samsour
