1. I'm sure you lost plenty of customers because of how terrible this app is.Finally got approved to do deliveries in Allentown, PA but so far not a single order placed for delivery and app keeps crashing and have to sign in constantly! Another issue is, orders go online at 2am in the morning and who is going to be up at 2am to take delivery orders? SO far useless, haven't gotten a single order to deliver in Allentown, PA.Wouldn't open, had to "open" app 4 times before success.
2. Bulk amount of orders drop between 2 a.m and 3 a.m, orders come through during the day, have to be faster than lighting before someone else takes it, they pulled an "instacart" and lowered the payout per delivery by over a dollar with no explanation as to why (just taking more money for themselves) app has trouble often, and I've had to factory reset my phone just to get a clean re-install working again.
3. Tried to sign up for an account because apparently an item I ordered from Gamestop for same-day delivery is being fulfilled through this app and I wanted to track the package.
4. Tried to set up a user account, cannot get past the enter my home address page due to errors, after several failed attempts.
5. I get notifactions for pick ups, go to the app, and BOOM, NOTHING! I have already contacted by submitting a ticket, the next step is to call.Terrible. Worse ap I have ever tried to use.
6. Other than that it's been fine.App is good but it does crash alot, also the map doesn't work sometimes.
7. Then when I had to verify my number, it required me to check my text messages but each time I minimized the app, it would require a new text to be sent.
8. I'm not even confident there are any drivers in the Los Angeles market to fulfill my order because it was supposed to arrive hours ago.
9. If this is vital to PP service and communication, someone better fix this app immediately.On my first order the app was slow accepting a customer's signature.
10. I can't use it due to the non stop errors while trying to enter my home address.The app is "okay".
11. I have downloaded both apps for point pick up to start working.
My account was deleted but all I did was reset like pointpickup told me in the pass. Now I can’t use my account and I want to still drive it’s my only income.
