1. Update: trying to be on here at 6am n get orders is worse than black Friday shopping!Point pickup has great potential....to be a real headache.

2. I accepted an order and on my way to the store point pickup cancelled it even though I was still within the time frame.

3. My issue with it, is that if there are multiple orders at the same store, scheduled for pickup at the same time, the app doesn't allow me to accept more than one.

4. Every time this App has an update, we experience a whole new set of problems! But aside from the App and all of its frustrating issues, the main problem is with the people sitting behind the desks trying to make this company turn into something it never will.

5. This past month they started a 2 step verification which obviously glitched sooo bad they couldn't verify my identity with my ID and I haven't had 1 order since.

6. And I actually had an order in my car at the time that I had to return to Walmart because I couldn't complete the delivery.

7. Went to Walmart twice waited 20 minutes only to find out the order was canceled or it's a 70" TV that requires 2 people load.

8. I have deleted the cache and forced the app, I just wish it could complete the order after I submit it without having to do it so many times.

9. Could it be the servers ? But overall, I love point pick up.The only reason I'm giving this App one star is because there's no option for no stars.

10. Since then no response..The new update makes it incredibly difficult to keep track of anything, and I'm not entirely certain it's even correct (because it's so bad).

11. When it did supply orders I never had issues contacting support, and they always took care of any issues rapidly.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Point Pickup Driver Issues

1. Fix Point Pickup Driver Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Point Pickup Driver: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Point Pickup Driver App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Point Pickup Driver" » Open Point Pickup Driver » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Point Pickup Driver » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Point Pickup Driver app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Point Pickup Driver servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Point Pickup Driver" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Point Pickup Driver app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Point Pickup Driver might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Point Pickup Driver. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Point Pickup Driver then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Point Pickup Driver not working


2. Fix Point Pickup Driver Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Point Pickup Driver be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Point Pickup Driver not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Point Pickup Driver may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

In PA we don't get good reception, so as long I deliver the packages to the correct address and provide pictures there's never a problem. Here I am in jersey and they wanted me to go from one town to the next and then back which is wasting time and inconvenient for gas and mileage. The two towns are 20 minutes apart. So why travel 20 to one town then back 20 minutes to the town I was just in? I proceeded to deliver their packages in an order convenient for me. My sister called to get my kids so I had 3 packages left in a town that was on my route back to where I'm staying. So informed them I had an emergency and was told i just didn't want to deliver the last 3 packages, I made up an excuse about my kids. I reported him to Jessica who called me and then my account was blocked. All they keep telling me is do them in the order they want me to,through email at that. They've refused to have someone call me until they unblock me on Saturday. 8/13/22. Jessica has informed me when I spoke to her that there should have never been a problem as long as the packages were delivered and with pictures as proof. They've lied and said delivering packages in the order provided in the app was in the contract. I've read that contract 4 times and through email asked to send me proof where it states that. They didn't provide proof of the contract where it states that, discriminated against me for having to get my children, blocked my account and used what I've just explained what goes on in PA. I'd like to speak with someone immediately and been told I'll speak to someone when I'm unblocked. Ridiculous.

Hello, I have been having issues with my car because of road conditions in the area, today I popped a tire. These issues have caused me to be unable to get to quite a few places around this area. Today I returned a GM batch after the first 3 drops because of road conditions in the drop zones. I believe this has caused my account to be blocked. My account is blocked over an issue that I have not had the chance to speak to anyone about. Mark from PPU called and left me a voicemail two days ago saying the issue. I gave customer bags of groceries with his name on the label 100%, they are saying because the groceries were mixed up with the other customer on my batch that it is my fault. Not fair! I really would like to work with this company but I’m not receiving any help! The app isn’t working properly and I I have chatted with several reps and the latest was supposed to email me with some type of resolution or something but I haven’t received anything. I’m receiving numerous of notifications saying that orders are available even while the app is open but nothing is coming up in the app. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled the app changed settings and nothing has worked. I was advised from a rep today that there has been issues with iOS and I have the updated version 14.2.
