2. ive been required to create 3 different accounts (for each im paying 12.99/mo per account so ~$30/mo total) b/c each time i try to log into youtube music from a new device it makes me settup a new account...for which im charged after 30 days.

3. 😕Please tell me if there a hidden spot for importing, if not are you guys working on putting our playlist from YouTube to import? That would be Coool, if you can.It keeps saying, "no results"... it been like this for 2 days now, and my playlist keeps going off/pausing.

1. Fix Play Tube Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Play Tube: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Play Tube App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Play Tube" » Open Play Tube » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Play Tube » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Play Tube app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Play Tube servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Play Tube" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Play Tube app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Play Tube might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Play Tube. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Play Tube then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Play Tube not working

2. Fix Play Tube Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Play Tube be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Play Tube not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Play Tube may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
