1. My only suggestion is for the app to create a workout diary so we can keep track of our favorite workouts and completed classes.I downloaded this app purposely for a live class taking place at 11 a.m. I figured if the experience went well I would continue to use it.
2. The work outs are good, Melina is my favorite and I give her all the stars but kind of hard to do any actual workout if the app quits on you.I really liked this app at first but now (after about 2 weeks) it just keeps freezing and I can't get in to any workouts.
3. Keeps telling me theres an update in the app store but everytime I "update", error message says theres another update available.
4. The support is also bad and takes them 24 hours to reply with the question you asked with no resolution.Terrible. It stops working constantly, almost every time I try to use it.
5. When it does load I receive error messages that say no url video available when I try to watch a video.Hi! I got this app because of LivFitness at San Juan.
6. At Liv we were told that clients would be able to access classes for free during the Covid10 shutdown but the app insists in charging $ .
7. Its now 11:14 a.m. & I've been trying to access the class for over half an hour.
8. Have not been able to open a class, live or recorded.
9. The app is continuously timing out & giving me an error message of, "Something went wrong.
10. Tried re-installing it recently because I miss Melina, but still had the same issues with it being so slow.
11. However once they used troubleshoot to access the problem, every thing went back to normal.
My Plankk studion app is not working, Is there a problem with the site?
