1. I would also only get notifications every couple of days for days in a row, so I would miss questions unless I actively opened the app and selected "Next Question"It seems like an amazing concept, but it was completly unusable.

2. 3 of the same question would show up in a row and then disappear, I was never able to actually type my answers to the questions, and whenever i opened a question it brought up many more pages than needed.

3. I've been asked the same question days or weeks apart and if I miss a question my notifications stop and randomly pick back up a month later.

4. Edit: With the use of the shuffle button in a diary page/question, you can switch out that day's question if you'd like from a list.This was fun in the beginning, but most of the questions repeated and they weren't very introspective.

5. The notifications never work and it doesn't notify you what you what your answers were last year or if you even asnwered the question last year.

6. It felt like a group of people got together and came up with lists of questions that they then dispersed throughout the year without checking for similarities (or complete repeats).

7. (Not sure if this could be and android thing but just to give a side note)I was really Interested in this app and very excited to use it, however I downloaded it and went to open the app and it stayed on the first screen and said "Connecting to server" and never went any further.

8. I am able to set an alarm for a certain time and it says "Alarm has been set" but I never get the notification until the second I open the app.

9. When I finished the question set (20 Dec 2019 - 28 Nov 2020, skipping repeats), I found it a relief to be done, rather than a disappointment.I love the concept.

10. Especially because I have already filled in many days.I've been using this for about half a year now and I really enjoy it.

11. As of right now, there are 2 things I don't like; repetitive questions and a case of "like this and...". Usually the repeat questions have asked "what kind of weather is your favorite" or anything worded similarly.

1. Fix Questions Diary Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Questions Diary: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Questions Diary App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Questions Diary" » Open Questions Diary » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Questions Diary » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Questions Diary app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Questions Diary servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Questions Diary" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Questions Diary app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Questions Diary might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Questions Diary. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Questions Diary then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Questions Diary not working

2. Fix Questions Diary Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Questions Diary be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Questions Diary not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Questions Diary may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
